Bipolar Disorder
Contrary to popular belief, there is not a single form of bipolar disorder that accounts for every case. Identifying exactly which type an individual has is crucial in creating a tailored and effective treatment plan. This is the process we follow at Psymplicity Healthcare. Though much is yet to be learned as to the exact mechanics of bipolar disorders, common bipolar disorder symptoms include:
  • Little need for sleep with excessive amounts of energy
  • Excessive feelings of joy
  • Risk taking behaviour
  • Unpredictable behaviour
  • Loud or fast speaking
  • Inability to focus
  • Uncharacteristic arrogance
  • Lethargy
  • Low mood
  • Anxiety
  • Thoughts of suicide
