My psychiatrist from Psymplicity spent over an hour assessing me, whereas NHS psychiatrists have only ever spent an average of 10 minutes assessing me. She provided an accurate and clear report, concluding what I was originally diagnosed with 30 years ago, before the NHS became involved in my care. Dr Jeremy Beider - Adult Patient During my illness I did find it very difficult to make payment ahead of time as there was a ticking clock for payment . However this was soon removed to make it easier for me to manage . It is also very difficult when you are ill ro have everything done by on line as it is not possible to fully tell how a patient is . Dr Beider understood this and went above and beyond to make home visits at a time when it was touch and go whether I would be hospitalised . This made a big difference to me , having a 7 year old child ) . He needs to see the home environment . Thank you Dr Beider, I never trusted that I would actually get well and how literally it's as just a waiting game for the lithium to work .

Richard, the psychiatrist was very helpful, listening to my struggles and helping me find the best medication for me, after a lengthy discussion about the pros and cons of each medication. The
Psymplicity team are definitely 5 star for customer service and satisfaction.
